Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • Tags, packaging, and any accessories must be intact and included.
  • A proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Undergarments or personal wear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at support@youluxeonline.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • A brief reason for the return

We will provide you with return instructions and a return address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We recommend placing a new order for the correct item and returning the original item separately for a refund.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos and a description of the issue to support@youluxeonline.com, and we’ll make it right.


Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived after 10 business days:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank for further processing times.
